2. Use License

4. AI-Generated Content

Celio uses artificial intelligence to generate content and automate workflows. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

5. Data and Integrations

When you connect third-party services to Celio, you grant us permission to access and use data from those services as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions and rights to share this data.

6. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You must provide accurate and complete billing information.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

In no event shall Celio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
